このシングルホップのダブルIPAは、Cellarmakerのお気に入りのホップであるシトラを使用。
松の樹液、ライチ、オレンジ、パイナップルを思わせる力強いアロマとフレーバーが特徴です。
複数ロットの厳選シトラに加え、シトラ・クライオでドライホップを実施。
その結果、シルキーでジューシーな飲み口ながら、しっかりとしたホップの刺激が感じられる、ダブルIPAらしい仕上がりとなっています。

For this single hopped Double IPA we use one of our favorite hops, CITRA!!! This hop brings potent aroma and flavor, notably of pine sap, lychee, orange and pineapple. This is dry hopped with our finest Citra from multiple lots as well as Citra Cryo (think hop hash). The result is silky and juicy but with a noticeable hop kick that lets you know this is a Double IPA!
