プロースト!旨みx深みTrap Door Brewingのフレンズ、米オレゴン州の「Fort George Brewing」とのコラボレーション。
彼らが造ったのは、深みとバランス、モルトの風味を全面に出したDunkel。
ローストナッツや柔らかなチョコレートの風味が重なり合い、すっきりとした飲みやすいラガーの余韻で締めくくられます。
濃厚でありながら重たさを感じさせず、ゆっくりと味わうほどに深みが増すビールですが、気づけばあっという間に飲み干してしまい、「もう1杯!」と言いたくなるに違いない。

Smooth and malt-forward, Secret Handshake is a classic Munich Dunkel layered with flavors of fresh bread crust, toasted nuts, and soft chocolate, all carried by a clean, drinkable lager finish. Rich without being heavy, this is the kind of beer that rewards slow sipping?but tends to disappear faster than expected.

Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Fort George Brewing, this lager was crafted to showcase depth, balance, and malt character. We brewed it with a blend of local LINC malt alongside imported German malts from Bamberg, sourced through Noble Brew Supply, honoring the roots of the style while highlighting exceptional ingredients from both near and far.
