Eternal Truth is a classic example of our approach to the blending process. Like its relative Eventual Truth, Eternal Truth starts with a medley of disparate parts brought together to compose a whole. Elements of grisette, a barrel-aged saison with honey, and a saison made from California-grown raw grains were all utilized in the creation of this beer. The final result strives to illustrate the passion and ingenuity we put into every beer we make. Raise a glass and toast to the truth!
