Karma Dog – 人気のヘイジーIPAがついに缶で登場！
使用ホップは Cashmere、NZ Nectaron、Idaho 7、Citra。
ジューシーさ全開のフレーバーを引き出した、ファン待望の1本です。

普段あまり使わない Idaho 7 の強いフルーティさを活かしつつ、
手摘みセレクトの Cashmere、新星 Nectaron を組み合わせることで、
完熟ストロベリー、ピーチ、フルーツパンチのような濃厚な果実感を表現。

仕上げに Citra を重ねることで、
明るいパッションフルーツとシトラスのアクセントが生まれ、
まるで “ジューシーフルーツガム” のような柔らかく甘い余韻に。

酵母は表情豊かなエクスプレッシブ酵母を使用。
シルキーでソフトなボディ、軽いエステル感、そしてホップの華やかさがしっかり際立つ ヘイジーIPAです。

Karma Dog, our fan-favorite Hazy IPA, is now available in cans! Cashmere, NZ Nectaron, Idaho 7, and Citra hops combine for one juicy Hazy IPA. We don't often use Idaho 7, but do like the intense fruity character, so we wanted to combine that with our hand selected Cashmere hops along with newcomer Nectaron to really drive home ripe strawberry, peaches, & fruit punch. We then topped that off with the familiar flavors of Citra for that bright passionfruit and citrus note for a big, juicy fruit gum soft Hazy IPA. It's fermented with our expressive yeast for a soft, silky body and light ester profile to let the hops pop.
