いよいよ春。いわき山のふもとにも心地よい季節がやってきました。そんな春にぴったりの一杯をお届けします。

今回の「いわき山の春 2025」は、低アルコールのセゾンスタイル。ドライでキリッとした飲み口に仕上げ、さらにフレッシュなマスカットをたっぷり使用することで、白ワインのようなフルーティーなニュアンスも感じられる、爽やかで個性的なビールに仕上がりました。

ホップには、
フリースタイル・ネルソンソーヴィン（NZ）を使用し、白ブドウのようなアロマを
ドイツ産ハラタウ・ブランで華やかさと複雑さをプラス
しっかり味わいながらゆっくり飲むのもよし、暖かくなってくる季節にゴクゴク楽しむのもよしの、春らしい一杯です。

しばらくぶりにセゾンを仕込むことができて、私たちもとても嬉しい気持ちです。

Iwaki San No Haru 2025
Spring at the base of Mt. Iwaki calls for something refreshing—and we're thrilled to bring back a style we love: Saison.

This year’s version is a unique, low-ABV twist on the style, brewed to be dry, crisp, and incredibly drinkable. What makes it extra special? A generous addition of fresh Muscat grapes, bringing delicate fruity white wine notes to the finish.

Hopped with a blend of:

Freestyle Nelson Sauvin for bright, wine-like aromatics

Hallertau Blanc for subtle floral and fruity complexity

Whether you're sipping slowly to savor the flavor, or enjoying a few as the sun starts to warm things up, this beer is built for spring.
