DD4D x Be Easy – DDH Hazy IPA

今回、仲の良いブルワリー仲間であるDD4Dと初のコラボビールを仕込みました！
DD4Dのブルワー2人が青森まで来てくれて、話し合いの末に決まったのは…ガッツリホップを効かせたDDH Hazy IPA！

FreestyleのNelson Sauvin、Motueka、Peacharineに加えて、アメリカ産Mosaicを惜しみなく使用。
さらに、新しい酵母「Pineapple Passion」を使うことで、トロピカルでフルーティーな香りをしっかりと引き出しています。

モルトはオーツ麦と小麦をバランスよく配合し、まろやかな口当たりと飲みごたえを実現。甘すぎず、適度なボディ感で、トロピカルでジューシーなDDH Hazy IPAに仕上がりました。

DD4D x Be Easy – DDH Hazy IPA

We finally teamed up with our good friends at DD4D for this first-ever collab! Both of their brewers made the trip up, and after a lot of talking (and laughing), we decided to go all in on a juicy DDH Hazy IPA.

We didn't hold back on the hops—this one’s loaded with Freestyle Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Peacharine, and a dose of American Mosaic. To push the fruitiness even further, we used a brand-new yeast strain called Pineapple Passion, which adds layers of bright tropical character.

The malt bill includes a healthy dose of oats and wheat, giving the beer a soft, full body without going overly sweet. It finishes smooth and juicy with just the right amount of body to keep you coming back for more.
