It’s no mystery that oak barrels play a special roll in many of our Saisons. Occasionally though, certain barrels can become more than a supporting cast member, they can land themselves under the spotlight in a star turning portrayal. Such is the case with Proper Discourse, which uses freshly emptied Frederiksdal cherry wine barrels to create a sublime meeting of barrel and beer.
