収穫したてのデンマーク産オーガニック・ブルーベリーを1週間低温浸漬し、ブルーベリー本来の味と香りをつけ、果汁を軽く校り出し、1年熟成のワイルドエールと同量をブレンド。
ボトリング前にオーク特でさらに4ヶ月熟成。この時間をかけたブルーベリーの風味は、シェリーの香りとバランスのとれた酸味によってさらに引き立てられている。

We cold macerated freshly harvested organic Danish blueberries for one week to intensify their natural flavor and aroma, then lightly pressed out the juice and blended it with an equal portion of one-year-old Danish Wild Ale. The blend was aged in oak barrels for an additional four months before bottling. The prominent blueberry flavor is complemented by subtle sherry notes and balanced acidity.
