無濾過のピルスナーで、タンク内でワカツホップとドイツ産のマンダリナ・ババリアホップでホッピングし、さらにマンダリナ・ババリアで軽くドライホッピングしています。白桃とみかんの香りが強く、クローバー蜂蜜と干し草の風味が口当たりをなめらかにしています。高圧発酵により、自然に炭酸化され、柔らかい白い泡が特徴です。
An unfiltered pilsner, hopped in the kettle with wakatu and German Mandarina Bavaria and lightly dry hopped with Mandarina Bavaria. White peach and tangerine dominate the aroma while a distinct clover honey and hay flavor make it smooth on the palate. High pressure fermentation gives this beer a natural carbonation that laces the glass and gives you a frothy white head.
